A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Computer Services Corporation, on behalf of thousands of employees who accuse the company of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by refusing to pay overtime. Computer-support line workers claim that the company systematically avoided paying overtime wages for at least three years. A spokeswoman for Computer Services, said that the company believes itself to be compliant with all state and federal laws.
