This week the Supreme Court will announce rulings on two cases involving discrimination. UPS is being charged with not accommodating the needs of a pregnant woman, who is claiming protection under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Also, Abercrombie & Fitch is being charged for discriminating against a Muslim job applicant who wore a hijab.
