After the Supreme Court ruled that religious employees were not allowed to sue for employee discrimination, employees of religious organizations are wondering who counts as a religious employee. Some say that while they work for religious organizations, like schools, they do not think of themselves as religious employees. The Court's ruling left the definition very open for interpretation, and many say that they do not mind the ruling, unless it takes away their rights.
