Supreme Court Wrestles With Medical Leave Case
The Supreme Court is hearing arguments in a case regarding the rights of state employees when the state violates the terms of the Family and Medical Leave Act. However, the state is arguing that they are protected from the suit under the Constitution. Two lower courts have already ruled against the employee.
