Survey: Mo. is No. 1 in slacking at work
Though employers expect that workers will waste some time while they are on the job, a new Web survey of about 10,000 people finds that the average worker wastes more than two hours every day. With personal business, spacing out, running errands and personal phone calls cited as ways people waste time, the number one excuse from more than 44 percent of the respondents was personal Internet use.
