Synchrony announces a flexible WFH strategy
America’s largest store credit card company, Synchrony, has announced a return-to-work strategy that prioritizes their employee’s preference for working from home. The company said that 85% of their employees surveyed want to work from home even after the pandemic. The company will offer three working options, all of which have a work from home component. The company will have a small number of in-person positions, like security, and will save $250 million in expenses in 2021 from reducing their physical footprint.
