Target Loses Latest Round in Effort to Prevent Pharmacy Workers From Forming Union
At a New York City pharmacy within Target, workers were recently given the right to unionize. The company has claimed that the National Labor Relations Board should not have ruled that these workers could unionize because Target was in the process of selling its pharmacy operations to CVS. Also the company claimed that workers should not be able to form a micro union within a store. On Wednesday, a judge declined to review Target's claim.
