Today, Target said that they will be adopting a minimum wage range from $15 to $24 an hour with higher wages going to hires in the most competitive markets. The company currently pays a universal starting wage of $15 an hour. Target’s CEO, Brian Cornell, said “The market has changed. We want to continue to have an industry-leading position.”
