Tesla has recently published its first-ever diversity report. The report found that Tesla has a "majority minority" U.S. workforce. However, a deeper analysis shows that 83% of leadership roles are held by men and 59% of those in decision-making positions are white. Additionally, Tesla has announced that it plans to recruit from historically Black colleges and universities and conduct unconscious bias training for all managers and recruiters. Furthermore, Tesla has name female representation a top priority in 2021.
