The Economic Benefits of Paid Parental Leave
President Obama has been pushing for a national policy allowing all people caring for relatives and new parents to take paid leave. Those who oppose paid leave believe that it will become an economic burden on businesses. There is a correlation between paid leave and an increased amount of time that new parents take off.
