Employees spend a significant portion of their time in the workplace. As a result, many employees develop close friendships with their co-workers. Sometimes co-workers may even become involved in a romantic relationship with one another. However, during a time of heightened awareness to sexual harassment and inappropriate workplace relationships, companies have struggled to find a proper way to regulate relationships.
