IMB and other technology companies are investing in intelligent assistants to perform human resources functions. The "chatbots" are designed to recruit employees, personalize teaching experiences, give real time answers to questions, and replicate human conversation. Chatbots have already been implemented to transform shoppers' experiences in the retail industry; by introducing the technology to human resources, leaders in the field hope to transform employees' experiences as well.
