The impact of COVID-19 cases on the workplace is declining, survey shows
Numbers are falling in regard to workers and employers who are being impacted by the delta variant. The number of workers unable to work over the past four weeks due to COVID-19 dropped to 3.83 million people from 5.03 million people last month. The number of people who said they were not looking for work because of COVID-19 fears have also declined to 1.29 million people which is the lowest number since the pandemic began. Overall job growth also increased more than expected in October.
