The New York Times accused of interfering with union activism
U.S. labor officials filed a complaint on December 29th with the NLRB accusing The New York Times of interfering with organizing efforts. They allege that the company “interfered with, restrained and coerced employees exercising their rights under federal labor law.” The NLRB will be prosecuting the case in front of an administrative judge in March.
