Across Europe, organizations that provide employment specifically for older workers are becoming more and more common. Though most of the current agencies catering to seniors looking for work are based in North America, those in Europe are growing fast. Most of the employment organizations find temporary work for seniors, though training programs and methods of reintegrating older employees into the workforce can help seniors find steady jobs.
