Companies are trying new and exciting bonding techniques that go beyond the traditional male-oriented topics of the past. The new strategies for bonding are more diverse and oriented toward both sexes, and include travel to luxurious destinations, humanitarian adventures, and cultural forays, including trips to the theater.
