The World’s Employers Are Getting Better (Really)
Fortune released its 6th annual “25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces” today, ranking Google at number one for the 4th year in a row. Great Place to Work, Fortune’s research partner for the list, concluded that the top workplaces were those who offered fair compensation, recognized hard work, and provided support to help employees in both their professional and personal lives. The organization also noted that the number of companies who met the list’s minimum standards has doubled since 2011.
