During the spring and summer of this year, Lowes plans to hire 30,000 new seasonal employees. The employees to be hired will work 20 plus hours per week. Lowes has already begun the hiring process in Texas, Arizona, California and Florida. It will continue hiring new workers on a market-by-market basis.
