Three in 10 workers say workplace not psychologically safe
According to a new survey, about 47% of workers around the world say that their workplace is psychologically safe. About 27% said that their workplace was not healthy, with the rest falling somewhere in between. Americans and Canadians rated their workplaces the highest in terms of mental health, despite longer hours and fewer holidays that European countries. Older workers with a higher income were the most satisfied with their workplaces.
