Title Insurer Ordered to Stop Poaching Staff
Fidelity National Financial sued competitor Mercury Cos. for raiding its Southern California offices of employees and stealing trade secrets. Fidelity claims that Mercury paid exorbitant salaries and signing bonuses to lure Fidelity employees and induce them to delay processing customer orders and steal important information.
