Companies searching for more effective ways to evaluate employees are increasingly using 360-degree feedback as a way to get a better picture of employee performance. 360-degree evaluations seek feedback from their superiors, peers and subordinates. For some, releasing the results of their evaluations can lead to better understanding of their working styles.
