Trump Nominee Peter Robb Confirmed as NLRB General Counsel
Peter B. Robb, Trump’s Nominee for NLRB General Counsel, has been confirmed to fill the position. He will replace Richard Griffith, Jr, who was appointed by Obama in 2013. Robb is a management-side labor attorney best known for representing the FAA during the 1981 air traffic controllers’ strike. He is widely expected to undo much of the work his predecessor did to expand worker protections.
