Twitter continues layoffs by removing thousands of contract workers from its workforce
Over the weekend, Twitter continued its layoffs by cutting thousands of contract workers from its workforce. Since Elon Musk bought the social media platform a few weeks ago, there have been significant layoffs which he has justified by the company's precarious economic situation and potential for bankruptcy.
