U-Haul worker's firing discrimination, suit says
A suit filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Chicago by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, seeks compensation for a former employee of a Crystal Lake U-Haul business who alleges that he was demoted and then fired after complaining that he was denied a promotion because he is black. U-Haul officials have declined to comment on the suit.
