U.S. Added Only 120,000 Jobs in March, Report Shows
A new report from the Labor Department found that the economy added 120,000 jobs in March. The number is below the number predicted by economists. The unemployment rate dropped to 8.2%. More than 12 million people remain unemployed. Analysts say that this is to be expected as the economy recovers. Filings for unemployment benefits fell last week, and the four-week average is the lowest since April 2008.
