U.S. Jobless Claims Data Point to Strengthening Labor Market
For the fifth week in a row claims of joblessness have remained below 300,000. Interest rates may be increased this year by the Fed as the unemployment rate within the United States has continued to remain low illustrating an improving economy. With an improving economy, wholesalers have begun to restock warehouses in expectation of a consumer spending increase.
