U.S. mulls raising pilot retirement age
U.S. lawmakers have introduced legislation to Congress that would raise the pilot retirement age. As of right now pilots are forced to retire before they turn 60, but eroding pensions have led to a growing push to raise that to age 65. Some question the safety of allowing older pilots to continue working but medical studies have provided no clear-cut answers.
