U.S. Workers More Dissatisfied With Jobs
According to a new survey half of U.S. workers are happy with their jobs, down from nearly 59 percent a decade ago. The drop in job satisfaction has been explained by rapid changes in technology and an increased push for productivity. The decline also reflects more job stress and a less satisfactory work-life balance.
