On October 21st and 22nd, over 40,000 employees of Fiat Chrysler will be asked to vote on a new four-year contract. Just under two weeks ago, these same employees voted to reject a labor agreement that had been proposed. This time the UAW, which represents the workers, allowed them additional time to review the terms of the contract. This new agreement will end the two-tier pay system currently in place.
