UAW Says Nissan Threatens Workers in Organizing Drive
The United Auto Workers says that workers at a Nissan plant in Mississippi are being threatened with a plant closure if they vote for union representation. This is the third time that the UAW is attempting to organize Nissan plants. The company, which employs about 5,000 people at the plant, said that there was no truth to the union's claim and that they always follow the law.
