Uber announced to their employees that by September, their return-to-work strategy will allow for employees to be in the office only 50% of the time. The company says this standard will be flexible and will let employees choose how they spend the 50%. For instance, employees could choose one week on one week off or three days one week and two day the next. Uber will also allow some fully remote workers and will be redesigning their office space to offer employees options outside of their pre-pandemic location.
