Unemployment Claims Hold Near 14-Year Lows
Even though unemployment claims for this week were up by 3,000 in comparison from last week, the seasonally adjusted total is still the lowest level seen since 2000. In 2014, the economy is estimated to grow 3% as a whole. From January to September of 2014, the average monthly addition of jobs was approximately 227,000.
