Union Leader Says FEMA Is Trying to Oust Him
Leo Bosner, president of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 4060 and emergency-management program analyst at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, has filed a complaint claiming that his criticism of the agency to Congress and the media following the Katrina disaster prompted FEMA to try to remove him. While FEMA representatives deny any wrongdoing, the case is being investigated by the Office of Special Counsel.
