Union Says Tentative Deal Reached to End U.S. Refinery Strike
After the first strike in over 35 years, employees of oil refineries have agreed on a new labor contract that will cover 30,000 workers. While this deal is on schedule to be ratified, strikes may continue by workers who are still trying to solve minor issues. Workers from twelve different refineries have been on strike for the past 40 days.
