Unionized workers at Wisconsin Keurig Dr. Pepper warehouses vote in favor of decertification from Teamsters
Three Keurig Dr. Pepper warehouses in Wisconsin have voted to decertify, and the warehouse workers will no longer be represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation provided assistance for the union decertification process. Unionized workers stated that the contracts that the union negotiated were subpar, employees did not receive great benefits and wages, and the contracts did not provide quality job protections. The contracts negotiated were five-year contracts and the last contract was reached in 2020. Workers state that they do not have close relations with the union. In the decertification vote held by the National Labor Relations Board, unionized workers voted in favor of decertification.
