Unions call for national day of protests over blacklisting
Trade Unions in the UK have announced a national protest, objecting to the blacklisting of construction workers who had voiced concern toward their employer over health and safety concerns. Unions claim that the blacklisted workers were denied employment because they had a history of workplace activism. Strike advocates have labeled blacklisting as an antediluvian practice. The demonstration will take place on the 20th of November.
