Unions: Labor leaders abused in Zimbabwe
Union representatives in Zimbabwe have charged the government with arresting and harassing labor leaders since the first round of presidential elections on March 29. Zimbabwe's union leaders were arrested by police and held for 12 days as part of what union representatives charge is a crackdown by the government on supporters of Presidential challenger Morgan Tsvangirai to ensure the reelection of President Robert Mugabe.
