United Airlines cuts their flights due to COVID-19 spikes
United Airlines has joined JetBlue and Alaska Airlines in reducing their flight schedule due to sick callouts. In a memo published on Monday, United said they have about 3,000 workers, or 4% of their workforce, currently positive for COVID-19. With so many workers out, the company has offered triple pay for pilots throughout most of January.
