United Parcel Services (UPS) has recently announced that they are relaxing previous uniform requirements which prohibited beards and natural African-American hairstyles such as afros, braids. UPS stated that the changes were an effort to make sure that all employees feel comfortable at their job. This policy change applies to all 528,000 of the company's global employees, including delivery drivers.
