The United States Postal Service workers are getting hit by Omicron. After surviving the holiday season by hiring 185,000 new workers, the spread of the Omicron variant has placed thousands in quarantine. As of Christmas Eve, 6,500 workers were quarantined due to COVID-19 and has now grown to 8,000. A company spokesperson said they would enlist enhanced COVID-19 precautions.
