The latest employment outlook survey by Manpower Inc. found that thirty percent of U.S. employers plan to increase hiring in the second quarter, and just 7 percent of employers expected to decrease staff. Some of the strongest growth was shown by the construction, public administration and mining sectors. Hiring growth has also been seen outside the U.S. with 12 percent to 15 percent of employers in the U.K., Ireland and Norway expected to hire.
