Companies in the financial sector like BlackRock and Morgan Stanley are telling their employees to get vaccinated or find a new job. A recent poll showed that nearly 70% of employees want their colleagues to be vaccinated. Experts say that for those who choose not to be vaccinated, being in the workplace will be uncomfortable with rigorous weekly testing and mask mandates.
