Wal-Mart reveals probe of possible overseas bribes
Wal-Mart says that it is investigating whether workers have violated international bribery laws. The law prohibits giving bribes to international officers. The company says it is investigating whether bribes were given regarding permits and licenses. Wal-Mart says that it takes these matters seriously, and is investigating them fully. The company has over 5,000 stores outside the US.
