On Friday, as many as 500 employees at Walmart's headquarters in Arkansas are expected to lose their jobs and the retail giant plans to undergo cost cutting measures in an effort to increase its profit margins. Approximately 18,000 employees currently work at the headquarters. Walmart has been greatly affected by higher labor costs in recent months.
