Wal-Mart warehouse workers sue, claiming unpaid wages
Illinois warehouse workers who work at a Wal-Mart warehouse say that the staffing firms that hired them did not pay them for all of the hours that they worked. The workers say that their paychecks did not cover all the hours that they worked and failed to pay them minimum wage. Wal-Mart that if evidence was found supporting the workers, they would require the contractor to fix the paychecks.
