Wal-Mart Workers File Complaint With U.S. Labor Board
On Tuesday, a group representing Wal-Mart workers said that they had filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board against the company. The complaint says that the company has threatened it's employees for planning to participate in Black Friday protest. The company said that they respect all their workers and no one will be retaliated against for speaking their views. The complaint comes after Wal-Mart filed a complaint last week, alleging that the planned protests violate federal law. The NLRB says that it is investigating the complaint, but that no decision is expected to be made before Thursday.
