Wal - Mart Workers Reject Union in Canada
Workers at a Wal-Mart store in Windsor, Canada have rejected being unionized by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW). The UCFW alleges that Wal-Mart conducted a campaign of intimidation leading up to a certification vote, and has asked for a second vote. Wal-Mart has faced increasing pressure to accept unionization.
