Walmart announced to their employees that they will be ending quarterly bonuses, referred to as MyShare, on January 31st. The bonuses vary each quarter as they are based-on sales for a specific store so now, with Walmart employees getting a pay raise, the quarterly bonus will be rolled into that. A Walmart spokesperson said, “the overwhelming majority of [their] associates say their hourly wage is the most important part of their pay.”
