In a statement released today, Walmart said that they are planning to hire over 50,000 workers in the U.S. this spring. They will hire workers for jobs in their clubs, stores, campuses, and supply chain facilities and plan on doing so by the end of the current quarter, which ends in April. At the end of March 2021, the company employed 1.6 million workers in the U.S.
