Warehouse workers sue over wage issue
Workers at a warehouse that supplies Wal-Mart have sued their employers. The warehouse, which is operated by a company and several subcontractors, is being sued over their wage plan, which workers say pays them for fewer hours than they work and does not pay minimum wage or overtime. The California Labor Commission says that it is looking into the claims, and said that the Occupational Health and Safety Administration is also looking at the working conditions in the warehouse.
